About the Role A leading international organization is seeking an Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. This role combines technical expertise with a passion for innovation, enabling scalable, secure, and sustainable automation delivery across global functions. Key Responsibilities Design & Development: Build, test, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere . Process Optimization: Identify automation opportunities and propose improvements to existing workflows. Maintenance & Support: Manage existing automations and applications, ensuring reliability and performance. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all developed solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, subject matter experts, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery of automation projects. Requirements Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere . Experience in application or workflow development (Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar tools). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of TypeScript, VBA, Python, or HTML is an advantage. English proficiency (B2/C1) – both written and spoken. Personal Attributes Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proactive and solution-oriented approach. Strong motivation, attention to detail, and focus on results.
