Responsibilities:

1. Technology Research and Trend Analysis:
   
   • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology.
   
   • Conduct research to identify emerging technologies that could benefit the organization.
2. System Analysis:
   
   • Evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
   
   • Perform thorough analysis to detect inefficiencies or potential issues.
   
   • Oversee innovation projects from inception to completion.
   
   • Continuously seek ways to improve existing systems and processes.
   
   • Encourage a culture of innovation within the organization by promoting new ideas and approaches.
3. Collaboration with Development Teams:
   
   • Work closely with software developers to communicate requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
   
   • Participate in development meetings and provide technical guidance.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
   
   • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback.
   
   • Present innovative solutions and updates to management and other relevant parties.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background:
   
   • Degree: Last years student or a bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Technical Skills:
   
   • Programming Languages: Python, R.
   
   • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks.
   
   • Data Science and Analytics: Skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
3. Experience:
   
   • Professional Experience: 1-2 years of experience in roles that involve working with new and emerging technologies.
4. Soft Skills:
   
   • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and changing environments.
   
   • Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in novel and complex scenarios.
   
   • Communication: Written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and team members.
   
   • Curiosity and Continuous Learning: A demonstrated passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technological trends.
