Location : Tetra Pak Processing Systems A/S in Silkeborg (will soon move to Aarhus), Denmark (or based in Poland, Olsztyn, Sweden, Lund, or India, Pune for the right candidate. No career migration is planned for this role).

What you will do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test PLC & HMI/SCADA software.
  • Develop new products and technologies that support digitalization, Industry 4.0 and AI for our customers.
  • Develop and optimize remote access and secure connectivity solutions.
  • Lead projects from order to customer takeover.
  • Support technicians remotely during commissioning.
  • Standardize electrical and automation practices.
  • Mentor and coach team members.

We believe you have

  • Siemens, Rockwell and/or Ignition programming.
  • Digital technologies, Industry 4.0, AI.
  • Data analysis and data visualization skills, with knowledge of database administration and data integration.
  • Electrical and pneumatic engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Insights into the dairy/food industry are a plus.

Skills :

  • Strong communication and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Driven, flexible, and persistent.
  • Analytical and business-minded.
  • Strong personal drive and a structured work approach.
  • Willingness to travel 20-30 days a year.
