about-project :


  • We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our team in Poland as an Automation & Integration Specialist.

responsibilities :


  • Develop and maintain business process automations using no-code/low-code platforms
  • Integrate internal systems such as BMS, TMS, productivity tools, and file storage
  • Work with APIs: test endpoints, handle authentication, and document logic
  • Analyze business and operational needs, propose and implement automation solutions
  • Document automation projects (diagrams, specifications, instructions)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients throughout the development cycle
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and refinement of workflows

requirements-expected :


  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Blackbird.io, Zapier, or Make (Integromat).
  • Experience in data processing: Competent in the preparation, transformation and validation of structured and unstructured data. Experienced in designing and implementing efficient data flows between systems, including input/output, API-based transfers, file imports/exports and webhooks.
  • Understanding of API concepts, including endpoint testing (e.g., Postman), JSON structures, and authentication methods.
  • Basic scripting/coding knowledge (e.g., JavaScript or Python).
  • Familiarity with markup languages and bilingual file formats (e.g., XML and XLIFF).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong analytical thinking and fast deduction skills.
  • Experience in process documentation and project communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Very good English skills.
