Automation & AI Specialist (remote in Poland)

Join the Onboarding Team as an Automation & AI Specialist!

We are looking for a new team member to help make our client onboarding process faster, more efficient, and less reliant on manual work by leveraging automation, AI, and smart integrations.

Daily activities

Process Automation & Tool Development

  • Lead automation projects within client onboarding, focusing on optimizing and expanding the capabilities of the Nova Tool.
  • Collaborate with AI, Product, and Solution Fast Track teams to implement AI-powered features (e.g., pre-configuration scripts, content scraping, data migration tools).
  • Work on integrations between client onboarding tools and other internal and external platforms.

Testing, Validation & Technical Support

  • Conduct structured testing of new onboarding tools, AI features, and integrations; identify and resolve technical issues together with AI, Product, and SFT teams.
  • Define acceptance criteria and success metrics, and act as the technical point of contact for the Onboarding team to ensure that automation solutions align with all onboarding workflows.

Share documentation and best-practice guidelines with the team.

Data Analysis, Impact Tracking & Training

  • Monitor performance metrics (e.g., configuration time, automation success rate, manual work avoided) and analyse onboarding data to uncover automation opportunities.
  • Provide technical input for prioritising high-impact initiatives.
  • Create and deliver training on Nova Tool features, AI-enabled tools, integrations, and best practices in automation adoption.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, map processes and design automations.
  • Basic scripting mindset (“vibe coding”), ability to read/understand code structure.
  • Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Experience working with databases, ability to read/analyse data.
  • Practical experience with JSON structures.
  • Ability to work with APIs (reading documentation, testing endpoints, basic integration logic).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Fluency in Polish (C1+) and strong command of English (B2+) required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with automation, API integrations, workflow tools, and technical onboarding/implementation roles.
  • Knowledge of AI concepts such as MCP, Agent-to-Agent flows, recommendation systems, NLP, LLM or agent integrations.
  • Hands‑on experience with databases (reading, analysis, interpretation), ideally BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and no‑code/low‑code tools.
  • Contract Enhancements: earn between 13100 to 18500 PLN on a B2B contract or between 10900 to 15400 PLN gross for Contract of Employment.
