Authorization System And Solution Architect (m/f/*) Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Expected SAP SAP HANA Your responsibilities Lead the technical implementation of complex authorization and security features in various SAP modules and technologies, including custom development and interfaces Act as the subject matter expert for SAP Authorization S4Hana and cloud solutions, providing strategic direction and technical consultation to IT leadership, business process owners, and project teams Define, maintain, and improve IT processes and standards specifically for SAP security lifecycle management, emergency access, user provisioning, and audit response. Perform technical reviews and quality assurance of authorization changes and new deployments to ensure compliance and system stability Demonstrated ability to propose and implement innovative authorization and security solutions. Coach and mentor authorization team members, providing guidance on complex technical challenges and promoting professional development Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills by working effectively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to translate security requirements into technical solutions. Lead technical workshops and present complex security topics to diverse audiences. Our requirements 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and Authorizations, with strong focus on SAP S/4HANA environments. Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex authorization concepts, including roles, custom developments, and interfaces (PFCG, SU24, SU01). Solid experience with SAP GRC Access Control, especially SoD analysis, Emergency Access (Firefighter), and user provisioning. Strong background in SAP security lifecycle management, including audit support, compliance (e.g. SOX), and authorization quality assurance. Ability to act as a technical lead or subject matter expert, providing guidance, mentoring team members, and effectively communicating security solutions to business and IT stakeholders.
