Join us as an Audit Manager in Katowice, Poland. You will play a key role by leading audits by actively contributing to all phases of the audit process and providing risk-based objective assurance, advice, insight and foresight throughout the organization.

As a member of our diverse and multicultural Corporate Audit team, located in Iphofen, Katowice, Kuala Lumpur, and the USA, you will collaborate closely with all levels within the audited entities. Your insights and recommendations will help enhance the sustainability, resilience and compliance of processes and support transformation.

What youll do

  • University degree and the knowledge in a field such as business administration, economics, international business, audit, or a related discipline is required
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, ACCA, or equivalent is a plus
  • Thorough knowledge in the areas of commercial and supply chain, or alternatively manufacturing and procurement, including an understanding of the associated risks
  • Minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience is required, including at least five years in internal auditing, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the Corporate Audit function
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across the organization
  • Strong understanding of internal auditing standards and practices, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are essential in addition to understanding complex issues, being able to interpret data and making informed decisions
  • Equally important are strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in SAP is a benefit
  • Slavic language skills are mandatory, fluent English skills are essential, Russian is a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally is required with the travel share being less than 30% of the working time.

  • Lead with purpose: Take ownership of audit engagements, guiding the process from preparation and fieldwork to reporting and follow-up.
  • Analyze and assess: Evaluate a variety of business processes along the entire value chain, focusing on compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Deliver impactful results: Present audit findings to management in collaboration with the audit team, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate globally: Work closely with local, regional, and group functions to ensure alignment and foster strong partnerships.
  • Inspire and mentor: Provide direction, mentorship, and performance feedback to the audit team, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Promote a culture of innovation and ongoing enhancement within the Corporate Audit function.
