Audit Compliance & Data Senior Analyst

• We are building a new team of Compliance Analysts to support our Audit Center of Excellence. This role includes supporting collection of audit PBC items, review the auditors’ requests and assign the requests to responsible parties. Work with different stake holders with the DN and 3rd parties service providers and auditors and ensure audits are completed on time. This a hybrid role which will bring a greater exposure of working with a wide range of business areas and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience with best-in-class financial intelligence and a proven track record of success in supporting a rapidly growing business. This highly visible role will be based in our Warsaw office as a member of our Controlling Center (EMEA) team.
• Responsible for annual statutory and group audits for various legal entities within EMEA regional
• Review the audit PBC list and assign open items to responsible parties
• Prepare audit lead sheets and pull initial data from systems (i.e. mapping, trial balances, data dump as needed) and historical files
• Collect audit sample supporting documents from systems when available
• Be the first round responsible party to address the auditors’ follow up request and queries. For items that could be addressed, forward to ACOE manager and other stake holders (local entity, RCC, etc) prepared on respective stake holders to ensure open items are closed properly and timely.
• Review the samples supporting documents provided and ensure they are accurate.
• Liaison with different stake holders internal (local country, shared service/GBS, RCC, tax, HR, legal, treasury) and external (EY, etc) to ensure audits are completed on time.
• Prepare analytical analysis according to the audit requests as needed.
• Other ad hoc audit related tasks/project as needed
