Under the Radio/Telephone Technician’s supervision, the incumbent serves as Telephone/Radio/Audio-Visual Clerk for the Information Programs Center supporting the telephone and radio programs and A/V requirements for all agencies/offices at the U.S. Mission to Poland.
The incumbent is responsible for supporting for a variety of communication devices, including the issuance and return of telephone, radio, TV, and audio-visual devices made available to Mission staff. This position maintains an accurate inventory of all office telephone, radio and Audio-Visual assets owned and operated at Mission Poland.
The incumbent is the primary liaison for the Embassy’s television service contracts and for any contracts required for the installation, service, or maintenance our television or Audio-Visual infrastructure. Work responsibilities also include the monthly processing and reconciliation of vendor invoices, generation of internal telephone call accounting reports for offices.
Incumbent will be the primary point of contact for A/V support for internal and external audiences and events sponsored by Mission Poland. After-hours and weekend work to support official events will be required.

High School diploma or equivalent required
A minimum of two years of work experience in an office support or technical support role is required.
Fluent speaking/reading/writing Polish
Good knowledge of speaking/reading/writing English

Gross annual salary: 82 870 PLN plus prorated 13th salary in December
Easter Bonus (around 1500 PLN)
Additional days off- American holidays (around additional 8 days)
