About the Role

Were recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of corporate Audio Visual solutions who are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join their London‑based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the delivery of high‑end AV installations across commercial environments—from boardrooms and collaboration spaces to large‑scale integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AV projects from initial concept through to final handover.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and on‑budget delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to define scope and expectations.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and quality control checks.
• Ensure all installations meet technical specifications and industry standards.
• Provide technical input and problem‑solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing AV projects in commercial/corporate environments.
• Strong technical understanding of AV systems, VC platforms, and control technologies (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Microsoft Teams Rooms).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools and documentation.
• Full UK driving licence.
