Overview
Microsoft Poland is seeking an ATU Lead for their Enterprise Commercial Org. This role focuses on enhancing sales strategies to achieve market success, tailored to Microsoft and customer needs. It provides clear strategic direction, coaches for customer value, and drives new revenue streams. By leveraging industry expertise, it leads teams to identify solutions and implement go-to-market strategies for growth. The role also advises on Digital & AI transformation, fosters a culture of inclusion and collaboration, and ensures alignment on account plans. Additionally, it involves building executive networks and managing employee growth and performance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years people management experience.
- Masters Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 5+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 6+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in ICT including PAAS and SAAS

- Involves building and maintaining a broad executive network inclusive of partners, supporting the development of an ecosystem of customer and external partners to accelerate consumption and growth, and influencing engagements between partners and executives on long-term business planning and strategic partnerships.
- It directs teams to maintain long-term relationships beyond quarterly and annual targets, creates a rhythm of business (RoB) with customers and partners for continuous engagement, and works across segments, partners, and teams to drive growth and transformation.

Leading and Transforming the Business- Coaches teams to enhance customer value realization and satisfaction, contributing to new revenue and business growth.
- Holds teams accountable for customer satisfaction and orchestrates resources for continuous improvement.
- Monitors relationships with stakeholders to understand business value drivers.
- Analyzes and builds sales strategies, aligning teams to market needs, and driving Digital & AI transformation solutions.
- Supports talent development, leads by example in high-value engagements, and ensures balanced business outcomes.
- Drives strategic direction, facilitates internal collaboration, and leverages customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Fosters a growth mindset, enabling Digital & AI transformation, and ensures the effective use of Microsofts systems and tools for customer planning and go-to-market priorities.
Accelerating Growth
- Understands the drivers of Digital & AI transformation and advises customers on leveraging these solutions.
- Consults with customers and partners to ensure successful value realization and drives teams to accelerate innovative opportunities.
- Educates internal partners on industry trends and supports expanding relationships to deliver business value and growth.
- Applies industry expertise to lead teams in identifying new opportunities and strategies, representing Microsoft as a thought leader.
- Coaches others on tailoring customer engagement and shares best practices.
- Leads the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue and growth, ensuring plans leverage market insights and drive customer relationships.
