Vilnius office is searching for an ATTORNEY (Corporate and M&A) to join our team!

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious attorney to take a key role in our Lithuanian Corporate and M&A.

You:

1. Have at least 4 years’ experience in Corporate and M&A (experience in Real Estate transactions is a plus)
2. Easily connect with people and build strong relationships
3. Are business-minded, goal-oriented, pragmatic and not afraid of new challenges
4. Have attention to detail while maintaining a broader strategic perspective
5. Uphold high professional and ethical standards
6. Are fluent in Lithuanian and English (German is a plus)
7. Enjoy working in both local and international teams
