Main Purpose Of The Position

In the role of internal Atlassian Consultant (mid) in our Atlassian Team in ISS, your primary focus is to offer expertise and guidance in implementing and customizing Atlassian products in our company’s global and complex environment. You’ll act as a pivotal link between business functions, other IT teams, and key stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high quality services aimed at achieving consistent and efficient utilization of existing and brand-new Atlassian solutions based on on-prem and Cloud instances.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct technical analysis of requirements from business teams or internal Atlassian Team needs.
• Develop solutions that meet business requirements while maintaining the integrity of the technical layer and platform logic.
• Independently manage new projects following standardized procedures: from consulting and challenging requirements to designing and developing solutions in the Atlassian tool stack.
• Participate in the planned platform transformation and Cloud migration by reviewing existing solutions and preparing for the transition.
• Support existing Atlassian solutions through troubleshooting and incident management in collaboration with the partners.

Key Qualifications

• Experience with Atlassian Cloud esp. Jira and Confluence Cloud.
• Similar experience / position held in global or large companies 3‑5 years.
• Proven experience in project management and implementation of business cases in the Atlassian tool stack.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud migration in the Atlassian environment would be welcome.
• Good understanding and experience of business, operations and its processes in general with focus on IT processes.
• Self‑starter and proactive in identifying business needs and opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
