Your tasks

• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client in the Atlassian solutions area.
• Analyze and interpret business requirements and translate them into specific functionalities of tools in the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Design and implement solutions following best practices and configuration rules.
• Support the client by communicating new system capabilities, identifying gaps, and handling non‑standard situations.
• Collaborate with client technical leaders and internal Atlassian support units (Support, TAM, Migration Managers).
• Coordinate work with Atlassian team members.
• Ensure quality and optimization of implemented solutions aligned with long‑term business needs.

Requirements

• Experience implementing and administering Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence with clients across various industries.
• Deep knowledge of Jira/Confluence data models and competence in system customization and optimization.
• Ability to analyze, design, and document business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Background in process automation and optimization.
• Proficient English skills for independent client communication and collaboration with international teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to translate technical aspects into clear language and build relationships.
• Proactive, responsible, customer‑oriented mindset with focus on quality and final deliverables.
• Independent and organized work style, including remote and distributed environments.
• Fluent in Polish (required).
• Residence in Poland (required).

Nice to have

• Experience with process automation and integration development using tools such as Groovy, Ansible, Power Apps, etc.
• Practical knowledge of Jira instance or Confluence space migration, risk analysis, planning, and stakeholder collaboration.
• IT systems administration skills (Linux, databases, etc.).
