We are looking for an experienced Atlassian expert to manage and improve our Jira and Confluence platforms. Your main tasks will be to keep Jira running smoothly, help teams use it effectively, and lead the migration from Confluence Server to Confluence Cloud. You will work closely with IT, business teams, and external partners to make sure the platform is secure, reliable, and supports our way of working.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the Atlassian platform: Plan the roadmap, manage licenses, and ensure stability and security.
Jira administration: Create and maintain workflows, permissions, automation, and dashboards.
Confluence migration: Plan and execute the move from Server to Cloud, including testing and user training.
Governance: Set standards for projects, spaces, and apps; manage Marketplace apps.
Integration & automation: Connect Jira and Confluence with other tools and automate processes.
Consulting & Support: Advise teams on best practices and help users.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years of experience with Atlassian/ Jira and Confluence environments
Excellent communication skills in English, German as a plus
