In the position of Atlassian Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting and facilitation of business processes in the Atlassian environment, being the main point of contact for the client. Your task will be to analyze requirements and translate them into functionalities for the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem. You will design and oversee implementations, ensuring their quality, scalability and compliance with best practices, and support the Client in optimization, automation and integrations. It will be important to coordinate migration projects - from the analysis of source environments and Customer requirements, to the migration plan, to user support. On a daily basis, you will combine analytical work with close collaboration with stakeholders, building long‑term relationships.

Your tasks

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client in the Atlassian solution area – actively collaborating, advising and coordinating activities
• Collaborate with the business in gathering requirements and translating them into solutions in the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem
• Design and implement solutions, taking into account best practices and configuration rules
• Ongoing support and communication with the client – communicate new system capabilities, identify gaps, respond to non‑standard situations
• Active cooperation with Atlassian team members, coordination of work
• Take care of the quality and optimisation of implemented solutions, considering long‑term business needs
• Define business requirements, plan and coordinate the migration project from a business perspective

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience consulting and advising on the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, including Jira and Confluence on‑premise migrations to Atlassian Cloud
• Experience leading workshops and training sessions and working with stakeholders, with the ability to analyze, design and describe business processes and translate customer needs into technical solutions
• Previous work in Jira and Confluence on‑premise migration projects to Atlassian Cloud
• Familiarity with the Jira platform, as well as Confluence, Loom and Rovo tools, and understanding of their mutual functionality and integration
• Experience in Atlassian Cloud Organisation and Atlassian Guard consulting, with particular emphasis on security architecture and integration with IdP
• Proficiency in process automation, optimisation and integration in the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem
• Knowledge of Atlassian Collections, including proficiency in available subscription plans and the resulting functional differences
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to listen actively, ask pertinent questions, translate technical aspects into understandable language, and build customer relationships
• Proactive approach to project management, with full responsibility for delivering the final result and a high focus on the client, cooperation with the project team and quality of services provided
• Fluency in Polish language required
• Residence in Poland required

Nice to have

• Ability to build Automation Rules and work with the Jira REST API, as well as familiarity with popular Atlassian Marketplace applications such as ScriptRunner, Tempo, Xray, BigPicture and eazyBI
• Familiarity with additional Cloud (Focus, Talent, Compass, Bitbucket, Statuspage) and on‑premise (Bamboo, Jenkins) applications, and integration platforms such as OpsHub, Getint Integration Platform or ScriptRunner Connect
• Experience working with Atlassian Data Center versions and having Atlassian certification
