Associate, Tax Reporting & Compliance Representative I

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Tax Reporting & Compliance Representative I to join our Regulatory Reporting team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead initiatives to transform existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the implementation of new processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
- Explore and utilize digital tools and technologies to optimize and enhance reporting and operational processes.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by analyzing current processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing innovative solutions.
Key Qualifications
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelors degree in accounting, economics, finance, math, IT, econometrics, or equivalent (required).
- Proficient PC literacy, including Microsoft Office (required).
- Experience in transformation, project management, or project transitions (asset).
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, multitask, and work calmly under pressure.
- Experience with preparing financial statements (asset).
- Excellent teamwork skills.
