Contract: Fixed‑term

Key Responsibilities

  • Help source and engage candidates for roles such as Software Engineering, DevOps, and QA.
  • Post jobs, manage inbound applications, and review CVs to spot strong matches.
  • Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed at every step.
  • Support employer branding: events, social presence, and outreach.
  • Keep our ATS (Workday) up to date and help with simple reports and pipeline tracking.
  • Join job fairs, university events, and networking activities with the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field—or relevant experience.
  • Some experience in recruitment/HR or strong motivation to grow in Talent Acquisition.
  • Genuine interest in technology and curiosity to understand a wide range of roles across engineering, product, and IT.
  • Clear, friendly communication and strong people skills.
  • Solid organisation and time management in a dynamic setting.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive, can‑do mindset.
  • Good English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
