Your role

You will be a member of our Investments & Transactions team participating in projects with a real impact on the energy market. You will represent our clients in various dynamic transaction processes, coordinating internal and external parties involved in the deal. You will manage teams of associates and interns and play a key role in their career progression. You will build an expert understanding of the RES market in Poland.

Main responsibilities

• Identifying and executing investments in the Polish RES market
• Playing a leading role in the largest transactions on the renewables market in Poland
• Performing financial and market analyses and preparing presentations for clients and investors
• Preparing transaction documents such as teasers, information memorandums, financial models
• Negotiating transaction documentation such as financing agreements, SPAs, PPAs
• Overall project management of varied transaction processes, including coordination of and cooperation with legal, technical and commercial experts involved on both sides of the deal

Requirements

We are seeking candidates, who:

• Have some professional experience in banking, consulting and/or investments, personal interest and/or work history in renewable energy would be an advantage
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably related to management, finance, accounting or economics
• Plan their work efficiently and wish to work on some of the most ambitious investment projects in renewable energy in Poland
• Have advanced financial modelling skills and feel confident in both Excel and PowerPoint
• Are fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken (minimum requirement of C1 level)
• Are willing to work mostly in-office in the city center, with the possibility of partial remote work
