Associate Sales Operations Analyst

Miejsce pracy: Poznań

Your responsibilities

  • Support for business development cost control.
  • Control and maintenance of our CRM system.
  • Maintaining the sales funnel, organizing sales funnel meetings and preparing a sales forecast.
  • Collaboration with Bid Teams in planning and analyzing budget deviations.
  • Optimization of tools supporting reporting and planning.
  • Preparing presentations for the Management Staff.
  • Operational work with Capgemini systems.

Our requirements

  • You have minimum a bachelor’s degree in economics or a comparable qualification.
  • You are fluent in English and have a good command of German.
  • You know MS Office very well, and in particular excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • You are reliable, self-disciplined, organized and have advanced skills of analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Quick understanding of complex relationships, good analytical skills, and a special affinity for numbers.
  • Independent work with a high quality standard.

Optional

  • Experience in controlling / finance will be an additional advantage.
