Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:



  1. Drive Retail Strategy Execution : Take ownership of retail calendars, activations, and campaigns for Mattel’s portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and franchise priorities.
  2. Build Strong Retail Relationships : Develop and maintain meaningful connections with retail partners, serving as a key contact for day-to-day business needs and long-term collaboration.
  3. Manage Licensing Initiatives : Oversee the implementation of retail licensing programs, ensuring alignment with marketing and franchise strategies.
  4. Coordinate Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Consumer Products, to align strategies and deliver cohesive retail solutions.
  5. Retail Program Ownership : Lead retail execution plans, including presentations to retail partners, tracking activation progress, and ensuring programs are delivered on time and within scope.
  6. Joint Business Planning : Develop and manage detailed joint business plans with top retail partners, focusing on calendar activations, key campaigns, and franchise growth opportunities.
  7. Represent Mattel at Industry Events : Be a key representative at trade events and presentations, showcasing Mattel’s brand portfolio to retail and licensing partners.
