Associate PTP Consultant with German – Infosys Poland
We are looking for a Mid‑Senior level professional with around 4 years’ experience in the Invoice to Pay (PTP) process, and additional exposure to OTC and/or RTR processes would be an advantage.
Proficient English and German (at least C1) are essential for client communication. A higher education background in accounting or finance is desirable. Knowledge of SAP and experience in month‑end and year‑end closing activities within Invoice to Pay is required. Strong communication skills, a problem‑solving attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team are also key attributes.
Key Responsibilities
- Backlog reduction in vendor reconciliation and order creation
- Identifying and mapping process improvement opportunities
- Aligning potential transition conditions with the client
- Transitioning new activities from client’s location
- Ongoing cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
