As an Engagement Manager at Workday, you are more than just a Project Manager; you are a trusted advisor to our large enterprise customers - you’ll engage, guide and ensure success in their implementation of Workday’s leading cloud enterprise software products.

You will empower and drive our customers’ implementations by setting up the project planning, staffing, governance, and shaping the development of the key project deliverables. You will work within a cross-functional team to successfully deliver complex Workday deployments. You will be working hand in hand with the Workday Engagement Manager to resolve issues that stand in the way of project success in creative and effective ways. Your role is to deliver the expected value to our Customer on time and on budget, with the best Customer experience from project start-up through go-live.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of PMO or project management experience with HCM, Payroll or Financial implementations
• Language skills: Fluent English (written and verbal)

Other Qualifications

• Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Smartsheets or other project management tools
• Experience building Test Scenarios, or Use Cases based on proposed configuration
• Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritise time well
• Experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP applications beneficial but not essential
