Core Competency

Game Development is our core competency. We collaborate closely with our partners, assisting them throughout the whole process of developing high-quality AAA titles. We offer full product (SKU) and co-development services using our full spectrum of in-house production talent, experience, and ideas to deliver our partners’ games on time, within budget, and at the highest quality possible.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and investigate new project requirements, prepare project plans; assess risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Identify and clarify team goals; ensure that Client and Developer’s expectations are aligned.
• Assign and manage team individual tasks, tracking them on a daily basis.
• Manage interactions between team departments and communications both within the team and between the team and Client.
• Ensure that projects meet deadlines, delivering products of required quality while staying within allocated budget.
• Conduct team meetings and provide various kinds of reporting.
• Participate in Career Development plans creation.
• Conduct interviews and contribute to the hiring process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience in project management.
• Experience managing various sub-teams (programmers, artists, game designers, QA) in one project.
• Experience working with foreign Clients: ability to establish collaborative relationships and a high level of trust.
• Ability to work out plans, set priorities, assess risks, and track tasks to completion.
• Ability to efficiently manage teams of 10+ persons.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks in time pressure conditions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, result-oriented approach.
• Experience in Game Development projects is a plus.
