Game Development is our core competency. We collaborate closely with our partners, assisting them throughout the whole process of developing high-quality AAA titles. We offer full product (SKU) and co-development services using our full spectrum of in-house production talent, experience, and ideas to deliver our partners games on time, within budget, and at the highest quality possible.



Responsibilities

1. Analyze and investigate new project requirements, prepare project plans; assess risks and propose mitigation plans;
2. Identify and clarify the team goals; ensure that Client and Developers expectations are aligned;
3. Assign and manage team individual tasks, tracking them on a daily basis;
4. Manage interactions between team departments and communications both within the team and between the team and Client;
5. Ensure that the project meets deadlines, delivering the product of required quality and staying within the allocated budget;
6. Conduct team meetings, providing various kinds of reporting;
7. Participate in Career Development plans creation;
8. Conduct interviews and contribute to the hiring process.

1. 2+ years of commercial experience in project management;
2. Managing various sub-teams (programmers, artists, game designers, QA) in one project;
3. Experience working with foreign Clients: ability to establish collaborative relationships and a high level of trust;
4. Work out plans, set priorities, assess risks, track tasks to completion;
5. Ability to manage efficiently 10+ person teams;
6. Ability to work on multiple tasks in time-pressure conditions;
7. Excellent organizational and communication skills, result-oriented approach;
8. Fluent in English;
9. Experience in Game Development projects is a plus.
