announces a vacancy for the position of

Associate Professor

(in the group of research and teaching staff)

• doctoral degree in the field of legal sciences while fulfil the conditions indicated in § 51 ust. 2 of the URad. Statutes available in the URad. BIP;
• scientific publications from the Announcement of the Minister of Science and Higher Education in the field of legal sciences in the field of law and administrative procedure. Publications with 70 points or more are preferred;
• teaching experience in higher education in the field of administration and law in the subjects of administrative law and administrative procedure;
• experience in scientific and research work, including the implementation of research grants and experience in obtaining grants;
• experience as a supervisor of bachelors and masters theses in the field of law and administration;
• experience in teaching at foreign universities;
• experience in public administration, confirmed by practice;
• knowledge of issues related to the quality of higher education;
• involvement in the organizational work of the Department/Faculty;
• teaching classes in Polish;
• knowledge of a foreign language.

Eligibility criteria

• an application letter addressed to the Rector of Casimir Pulaski Radom University;
• the candidate’s personal data sheet;
• scans of the documents confirming the applicant’s education and qualifications;
• confirmation of practice in the legal profession and professional credentials;
• list of scientific publications with point scores;
• list of grants and research projects, including the names of the funding institutions;
• scientific development plan; a declaration on having full legal capacity;
• a declaration on the enjoyment of public rights;
• a declaration on non-criminal record for an intentional crime or an intentional fiscal offence with a legally-binding decision of the court;
• a declaration on not having a record of disciplinary punishment which revoke the right to practice the profession of an academic teacher or of the penalty of dismissal from work with the prohibition to work in higher education;
• a declaration on consent to the processing of personal data included in the job application for the purposes of the recruitment process;
• a statement of no criminal record in relation to the offenses specified in Chapters XIX and XXV of the Criminal Code, Articles 189a and 207 of the Criminal Code, and in the Act of July 29, 2005, on counteracting drug addiction, or acts prohibited under foreign law that correspond to these offenses,
• a statement of no disciplinary punishment involving deprivation of the right to practice as an academic teacher or expulsion from work with a ban on working at universities,
• a statement of consent to the processing of personal data contained in the job offer for the purposes necessary to carry out the recruitment process;
• a declaration stating that in the case of being selected for the position, Casimir Pulaski Radom Universitywill be the applicant’s primary place of work;
• a commitment to submit the statement referred to in article 265.5 of the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on higher education and science in the field of legal sciences .

Selection process

The documents must be submitted to the Department Law and Admnstraton Casimir Pulaski Radom University, Bolesława Chrobrego Street, 26-600 Radom, Room 150, not later than 03.12.2025. The receipt date shall be construed as the date of the submission of the documents at the above-mentioned place. Expected completion of the recruitment process: 04.12.2025 r. Planned start date: summer semester of the academic year 2025/2026.
