Career 2.0 - Associate Procurement Manager (HR Categories). Join our Global Source to Contract Excellence (GSCE) team in Poland and pivot your expertise into Procurement. If you excel at negotiation, stakeholder management, project delivery, and turning data into decisions, this is a structured path to apply your experience at enterprise scale. You will work on global HR categories with a strong technology component (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Temporary Resources, Benefits, Learning Technology), shaping sourcing strategies and supplier partnerships to deliver lasting value. The role focuses on Global/EMEA HR categories with high IT/technology elements, partnering closely with Global and Regional Category Teams.
