We are looking for an experienced consulting professional to lead and deliver strategic projects for clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. This role involves end-to-end project ownership, strong client engagement, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams (internal and external) to design and deliver tailored client solutions.
• Oversee the project lifecycle from planning and budgeting to execution and successful delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term, trusted relationships at senior levels.
• Prepare and present high-impact client deliverables, including strategic recommendations and insights
• Drive the proposal process for new engagements, including solution design, pricing, and bid integrity
• Identify opportunities for follow-up work and contribute to business development through lead generation and relationship building
• Provide thought leadership by sharing subject matter expertise internally and externally (e.g. conferences, industry forums)
• Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
• Take ownership of problem-solving by proposing innovative and practical solutions tailored to client needs.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in business, economics, public health, or a related field
• 8–12 years of experience in consulting, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Proven track record of managing complex consulting projects and influencing senior client stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, especially in Poland and the broader CEE region
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work across teams and functions
• Familiarity with company data assets and services is a plus.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required.
