Join BNY as an Associate, People Advisor II. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland and focuses on people service delivery within the People team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of people actions for Poland within established policy and program guidelines.
  • Provides proactive customer service to clients, ensuring an efficient, well-managed process from end-to-end. Monitors workflow, ensures approvals, identifies roadblocks and follows through to resolution.
  • Develops reports for senior professionals and management on process interruptions and inefficiencies.
  • Typically supports higher level staff on large, complex or risky solutions, or directly monitors a smaller solution, guiding peers and support staff.
  • Provides analytical support for assigned processes or solutions. Organizes and monitors incoming/outgoing data and process flow.
  • Follows up with clients to rectify missing or unclear data, signatory authorities, etc.
  • Engages across all HR COEs, advisors and process areas.
  • Serves as an escalation point for HR Contact Center, providing advice and support on complex or non-routine issues.
  • Determines appropriate response (either independently or through referral) and follows through to ensure resolution.
  • Completes tactical activities assigned by senior professionals in response to strategic directives for process improvement.
  • Assists management in developing and standardizing operating procedures, providing relevant analysis.
  • Supports implementation of SOPs, educating contact center staff and HR stakeholders.
  • Monitors assigned solutions and ensures all processing activities comply with organization standards and relevant laws, policies, and regulations.
  • Escalates observations to appropriate staff. (No management responsibilities or direct reports.)

Qualifications

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in an office environment.
  • Excel skill proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work with deadlines.
