responsibilities :

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partners, such as Microsoft, Google, SAP, Tricentis, and others to boost operational synergy
Coordinate and support targeted marketing initiatives, including events and campaigns that align with partner objectives. Obtain financing from partners for such Sii activities
Manage partner programs and incentives. Identify new opportunities and optimize strategies for maximum funds use by Sii
Monitor partnership performance and ensure adherence to partner requirements
Manage or support audit or certification processes
Identify partners, managers, and initiate contacts with relevant Sii managers
Constantly update account details
Promote partner-related training programs to build a highly skilled, future-ready team
Collaborate with partners and distributors to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency

requirements-expected :

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and actively listen in diverse team settings
Ability to communicate fluently in English in daily interactions via calls and emails with international teams and partners
Open personality, ability to build relations with partners and Sii’s managers
Basic understanding of IT products and services, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, essential for planning, coordinating tasks, and driving both operational and marketing initiatives
Strong goal orientation and drive, focused on achieving results and contributing to the success of the team
Fluent in Polish required
Willingness to participate in business trips
Residing in Poland required
