Job Description:

Include preparation of files and invoices, proofreading materials, assisting internal and external contacts, creating creative methods that support outreach campaigns to attract new participants in an effort to enroll them onto studies. Monitor metrics, timelines, and expenditure.

A Day in the Life:

  1. Supports the delivery of recruitment objectives, growth, and retention of patients at the sites.
  2. Builds a strong network with external vendors and networks to increase awareness of clinical trials.
  3. Locates, schedules, and attends various community-wide events.
  4. Maintains knowledge of current enrolling studies, timelines for the studies, and protocol requirements.
  5. Supports increasing the database and actively contributes to initiatives and strategies to enroll potential participants onto the database.
  6. Distributes flyers, posters, and other advertising material as appropriate to increase awareness of clinical trials.
  7. Ensures technology is utilized to the fullest extent in recruitment strategies to secure on-time enrollment.
  8. Collaborates with all marketing channels to deliver on patient recruitment.
  9. Knowledgeable in processes, practices, and concepts of related departments outside of own department to provide assistance to these departments.
  10. May assist with departmental administrative tasks, adverts, and maintaining of metrics.

Keys to Success:

Education and Experience:

  1. High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  2. Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  1. Knowledge of research clinic operations.
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  6. Ability to multitask and work independently.
  7. Good Polish and English language skills.
