For our Client, a company from the real estate sector operating in Poland and the CEE region, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Associate - New Business. This person will be part of a dynamic and well-coordinated team that likes working under deal-related time constraints and the complexity of business processes.
They are working on:
- Development and execution of Group strategy related to new business
- Identifying, sourcing, and executing new strategies, markets and product types
- Research, M and A and operating support (analysis of, i.a., processes, profitability, and strategy)
- Day-to-day operational support for the CEO and the Founder
- Current focus on:
- New geographical markets – sourcing deals and executing the expansion strategy
- Fundraising – new opportunities
