Position Description

We are currently looking for an Associate Marketing Specialist to strengthen our Global Marketing team for QIAGEN Digital Insights in Poland.

Your key responsibilities will be:

1. Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, Google AdWords, social media, email, demand generation, and content marketing.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations based on findings.
3. Assist in developing and curating engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Provide actionable insights/proposals to improve future campaigns.
5. Support the planning and execution of marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and promotional events. Coordinate logistics and promotional materials.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and messaging.
7. Assist with administrative tasks such as managing marketing calendars, coordinating meetings, and maintaining marketing databases.

Position Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
2. 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, including internships or co-op placements.
3. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google AdWords, Google Analytics, CRM systems like Salesforce, social media platforms).
4. Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
5. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
6. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo) is an advantage.
7. Google AdWords certification is a plus.
8. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website updates is desirable.
