Performance Marketing Team

The Performance Marketing Team of Agoda is a world‑leader in online marketing. This department is highly data‑driven and focused on developing at‑scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels. The team blends experts in analytics, strategy and technology, and offers a strong learning environment with close collaboration across the organization.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels
  • Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights
  • Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth
  • Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau
  • Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst in tech, consulting, e‑commerce or digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or Finance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and generate impactful recommendations
  • Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouses (SQL, Tableau, MS Excel)
  • Innovative problem‑solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges in a non‑linear fashion
  • Stakeholder management & communication: Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, with proven commercial acumen
