In this role, you’ll get to:
- Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new and emerging marketing channels
- Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights
- Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth
- Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau
- Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 4‑6 years of experience in Data Analyst position in tech, consulting, e‑commerce, or digital marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or Finance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, translate data into actionable insights, and generate impactful recommendations
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouse such as SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel
- Innovative problem‑solving skills: ability to tackle complex challenges in a non‑linear fashion and implement innovative solutions while adapting to evolving scenarios
- Stakeholder management & communication: ability to communicate, influence, and persuade with different levels of stakeholders (including senior management) with proven strong commercial acumen
