Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new and emerging marketing channels.
  • Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
  • Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growth.
  • Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau.
  • Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 4-6 years of experience in Data Analyst positions in tech, consulting, e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Math or Engineering or Economics and Finance.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and impactful recommendations.
  • Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehousing, e.g., SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate the organization to gather information and implement solutions while adapting to evolving scenarios.
  • Stakeholder management and communication: ability to effectively communicate, influence, and persuade with different levels of stakeholders (including Senior Management) with strong commercial acumen.
