As an Associate Sales Manager, you will oversee the management of sales teams to drive revenue generation and business growth. You will lead and coach the team to achieve targets, maintain strategic client relationships, and ensure customer success through onboarding, adoption, and customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teams to achieve business targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain up-to-date CRM data.
  • Remove obstacles for the team to support sales opportunities.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Analyze data to develop strategic sales plays and best practices.
  • Stay informed on market trends, ensuring the team is knowledgeable.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client issues, maintaining client relationships.
  • Coordinate team incentives and manage Sales Performance Incentive Funds.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations.
  • Optimize sales processes and systems for superior customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Passion for customer experience and team results.
  • Proven history of excellent coaching and employee development.
  • Experience in operations, strategy building, and revenue maximization.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Strong change management and problem-solving skills.
