We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Data Risk Management to join our Operational Risk Organization team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering risk-oriented reports for senior management synthesizing key data risk information.
• Supporting oversight activities of frameworks managing data – including Policies, Standards and Procedures.
• Supporting oversight activities for core operational risk processes (e.g. Operational Risk Events, Risk and Control Self-Assessments) related with data.
• Participating in reviews to evaluate design and operational effectiveness of controls deployed to manage data risk, and thematic analyses of data risks.
• Reviewing and challenging reported data quality issues.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (both verbal and written) - ability to conduct discussions with stakeholders from other countries.
• 1-2 years of experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to analyze corporate documentation / data (policies, procedures, processes, management reporting), draw conclusions and recommend improvements.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Attention to details; Analytical and Organizational skills.
• Great communication skills.
