The Role

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Associate in our Global Financial Markets department. Up to four positions are available at the moment.

Who are we looking for?

The firms offer is primarily addressed to law graduates and persons in the first or second year of their legal training, but we will also consider newly qualified advocates or legal advisers. If you are passionate about financial markets, we are seeking candidates with interest in the banking sector willing to join our interdisciplinary team and learn about different types of financing, debt capital markets transactions, financial restructuring and banking regulatory issues at both local and international scale.

• work in a market-leading team of lawyers specialising in banking and finance transactions;

Your experience

We are looking for people who, in addition to a solid legal education, are interested in and have a good understanding of financial market products. Our preferred candidates should have an analytical mind, be results- and team-oriented, ambitious, responsible, have a creative approach to problem-solving and are well-mannered and behave with integrity. Candidates must also have a very good command of English.
