What is the purpose of this role?
The Junior Graphic Designer, versatile across media, will play in DTP print, digital, video, social media, helping to bring Amway’s brands to life with on-brand dynamic visual solutions across digital and traditional disciplines. This role is part of the creative studio team, responsible for designing, creating, and executing initiatives and projects.
What You’ll Do
- Design and produce visual, audio, and video materials for events, publications, campaigns online and offline, web communications, and other creative projects.
- Establish and implement design and format standards and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality results from concept to delivery.
- Ensure Amways brand identity is cohesive across all touchpoints for ABOs, customers, and employees, aligning with overall brand standards, leveraging global assets, and localizing where appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-border teams, including creative directors, copywriters, project leaders, and content planners.
- Ensure plans are executed on brief, on time, within budget, and meet brand and communication standards, aligning with internal stakeholders.
- Scope: EU/SA/ANZ regions.
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a graphic designer, demonstrated through an excellent portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion design, with experience in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level for international work.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Multitasking skills.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and upgrade skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, including typography, layout, and color theory.
Nice To Have
- Experience designing and prototyping in Figma or Adobe Suite.
- Experience in UX/UI design.
