Key technologies

SQL | ITIL | CI/CD | Azure Data Factory | BI

• Recent experience with SQL and SQL optimization techniques.
• General understanding of ITIL processes.
• Understanding of the Service Desk processes and support lines.
• Hands-on exposure to BI tools for reporting and analysis.
• Strong fundamentals in database development.
• Basic familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD concepts.
• Initial experience with Azure Data Factory (pipeline creation and maintenance).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Python.
