Account Coordinator/ Recruitment Consultant

We are partnered with a global leader in providing innovative solutions, this company specializes in delivering advanced technologies and services that support the development and manufacturing of life sciences, diagnostics, and applied markets. With a strong focus on accelerating research, improving healthcare, and enhancing environmental sustainability, they offer cutting-edge tools for analytical testing, molecular diagnostics, and various industry applications.

They are now looking for an Associate Contract Specialist to join them on a hybrid basis at their site in Poland. This is a 12 month contract.

Responsibilities :

• Create and finalize quotes for OneSource service contracts.
• Prepare and tailor invoices for OneSource service agreements.
• Verify the accuracy of various contract coverage options.
• Handle equipment updates, including the addition, removal, and modification of OneSource instruments.
• Perform quality checks on contracts and customer invoices, and regularly provide status updates.
• Monitor contract renewal dates and support local Sales and Delivery teams.
• Work with the financial team to ensure accurate financial performance reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in the OneSource business.
• Oversee contract renewal timelines and assist local Sales and Delivery teams.
• Develop and implement performance metrics and indicators.
• Participate in projects like Robotics Process Automation.

Requirements :

• Degree in a relevant subject - economic or technical disciplines ideal
• Minimum 2 years of back-office experience, preferably with SAP (SD/FI) or other ERP systems
• Self-motivated individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Open-minded, enthusiasm and openness for change and innovation
• Experience with Microsoft Office with focus on very good Excel skills
• Able to work evening shift for US processes
