Responsibilities

• Updating and maintenance of document archive/repository
• Management of tender extensions and renewals, following tender award
• Management of tender awards administrative documentation
• Management of Excel tracking sheets supporting supply order processes
• Handling of pre‑information orders, downloadable from public administration portals
• General support to Tender Contracts team on day‑to‑day activities

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Good Italian language skills (spoken and written)
• Good English language skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good organizational skills, ability to work with deadlines/priorities
• Knowledge of main MS, IT tools and systems
