For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of Associate Clinical Liaison (M/K). Location: Cassablanca Morrocco, onsite About our client Our client is a global, innovative company operating at the intersection of healthcare and digital technology. The organization focuses on transforming clinical workflows and improving patient outcomes through advanced solutions and strong collaboration with healthcare professionals worldwide.

• Supporting the delivery of clinical education initiatives and training programs within the assigned territory
• Assisting healthcare professionals (dentists and orthodontists) with case discussions, treatment planning, and adoption of digital workflows
• Organizing and supporting educational events such as workshops, roundtables, certification sessions, and speaker-led trainings
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to support customer onboarding and engagement
• Participating in field visits and working closely with the commercial team to strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals
• Supporting the coordination and management of relationships with external speakers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Assisting in the execution of customer education programs and clinical initiatives
• Documenting customer interactions and supporting CRM updates when required
• Contributing to ongoing projects and identifying opportunities to enhance customer learning experiences

• Educational background in dentistry, healthcare, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical, educational, or customer-facing role (or less with an advanced degree)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals
• Interest in education, training, and clinical support activities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across functions
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and participate in field activities
• Fluency in English and French
