We are excited to welcome a motivated Associate Client Service Representative to our team. This role will involve managing client relationships, ensuring project deliverables are met, and contributing to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the delivery of contracted client services to ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met or exceeded.
  2. Maintain control over project schedules, risks, scope of work, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with operational teams and subcontractors to ensure a thorough understanding of client requirements.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing advice and support on a day-to-day basis.
  5. Proactively identify sales opportunities and communicate them to account managers to drive contract extensions or additional business.
  6. Establish consistent processes for reviewing and assessing service metrics and generating reports.
  7. Promote organizational capabilities to clients to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  1. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience providing foundational knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts.
  2. Entry-level professional experience developing competence through structured assignments.
  3. Foundational functional knowledge and the ability to solve routine problems using existing procedures.
  4. Strong business acumen and general knowledge of operational best practices, gained through education or past experience.
  5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Proficient in tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for exchanging straightforward information, asking clarifying questions, and checking for understanding.

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience in a client-facing role or service delivery environment is a plus.
  2. Ability to analyze information and apply standard practices to problem-solving.
  3. Enthusiasm for building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
