Associate Cash Outsourcing Business Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory of SLAs and DOIs for outsourced activities.
  • Review DOIs/SLAs annually, ensuring accurate content and documentation with the service provider.
  • Schedule service review meetings; write minutes circulated to all stakeholders in SCB AG Cash Operations team and service providers in India and China.
  • Maintain action plans from Service Review meetings, track against target closure dates with feedback to management.
  • Support execution of control tests on outsourced activities.
  • Collect and maintain monthly MIS on outsourced activities – volumes, headcount, attrition, etc.
  • Drive/participate in projects or initiatives related to outsourcing governance.
  • Oversee outsourcing governance related to technology service applications, user access, and outsourced processing activities related to Transaction Banking Cash.
  • Ensure risk events are discussed with service providers and effectively mitigated.
  • Validate operational losses / near‑miss risk events.
  • Support the Country and Regional Head of Business Risk Management_EA Cash in managing action items from internal/external audits or from Risk Forums and Committees (mainly related to outsourced processes).

Qualifications

  • General knowledge on systems – logging of risk events, running reports, data analysis.
  • Very good communication skills – documenting outsourced activities in SLAs, summarizing service level agreements and meeting minutes.
