Responsibilities

  • Support the governance of SLAs, Local Risk Assessments and quarterly outsourcing questionnaire
  • Coordinate SLA renewals and GRA (German Risk Assessment) renewals
  • Schedule service review meetings with minutes of meeting
  • Maintain action plans and track these together with the Cash Operational governance team
  • Support execution of control tests
  • Maintain MIS on outsourced activities – volumes, headcount, attrition etc.
  • Drive / participate in projects or initiatives actively which relate to outsourcing governance
  • Outsourcing governance relates to technology service applications and system user access and outsourced processing activities related to Transaction Banking Cash
  • Set up service review meetings and write minutes
  • Ensure risk events are communicated to service providers and effectively mitigated
  • Validate operational losses / near miss reporting
  • Support the Country and Regional Head of Business Risk Management & EA Cash in managing action items resulting from internal and external Audit or from Risk Forums and Committees (mainly related to outsourced processes)

Qualifications

  • Payment related knowledge – Clearing and Swift Types
  • Knowledge on Risk Management & Governance in line with SCB’s global and local risk management framework
  • Knowledge on local regulatory requirements – Policy and Standards
