Job Description

• Line manages the team responsible for ICSR management for a selected project or group of projects
• Ensure adequate distribution of tasks and oversee the workflow process
• Optimise procedures, trainings and other actions to increase ICSR team efficiency
• Propose process changes
• Review trackers and timesheets

Qualifications

• Life Science graduate
• Demonstrated ICSR experience including managing a team
• Strong organisational, delegation and communication skills
