Join Our Team as an Associate Business & Management

Were on the lookout for a dynamic Associate to join our team at Elympics. In this role, you will work closely with our executive team, ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our organization. This position demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

We offer a B2B contract or a mandate contract with a competitive salary range of 5,000 - 8,000 net PLN monthly , depending on your experience.

We are working from our office in Warsaw, which provides the core environment for our work. You have the flexibility to work remotely once a week.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Working closely with our Executive Team to set and track business priorities.
  • Expanding the Executive Teams capacity to first filter and then help grasp all the opportunities that come Elympics’ way.
  • Managing data-driven tasks such as analytics, research, and reporting.
  • Playing a key role in preparing materials for business reviews and regulatory meetings.
  • Being responsible for coordinating our internal projects.
  • Fostering strong, harmonious relationships across teams, ensuring strategies and actions are well-coordinated.
  • Supporting the companys operational strategy, closely aligning it with overarching business goals.
  • Focusing on enhancing operational processes for increased efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implementing industry-leading practices and methodologies to optimize resources.
  • Organizing our participation in international events and conferences, including logistics coordination and participant communication.

Were Looking for Someone With

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferably at a consulting, crypto/web3 company).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Excel, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level).
  • Confidently interacting with senior management and working independently with minimal guidance.
  • Adaptability, reliability, and ability to handle changing priorities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, suited for a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen business sense, able to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Demonstrating problem-solving skills, with a data and technology focus.
  • Taking ownership of assigned tasks and showing accountability.
  • Ambitious and capable of independent thought and action.
