Associate / Associate Director, Capital Markets (Warsaw, Poland)
BNP Paribas Real Estate, a specialized division of the financial services group BNP Paribas, offers targeted or integrated solutions locally and internationally across six lines of business: Property development, Transaction, Consulting, Valuation, Property Management, Investment Management.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional real estate advisory services to the clients, with particular emphasis on investments
- Create added value to facilitate the achievement of objectives set by clients and maximize the investment potential of their properties in Poland
- Develop existing relationships with clients and seek opportunities to establish new ones
- Contribute to the company’s strategic initiatives in developing the business and cross‑selling between departments
- Support the team in identifying new business opportunities and winning new clients
Requirements
- At least 5–7 years of proven experience in the real estate industry, including several years on the buy or sell investment side
- Proven track record across a variety of sectors
- Demonstrable understanding of the market and local knowledge
- Proven experience of gaining and leading projects to deliver seamless client service
- Demonstrable ability to take responsibility for sizeable and complex client instructions
- Business development and client relationship management; understanding of client needs
- Experience in conducting pitches and presentations
- Financial acumen and budget management
- High level business and report‑writing experience
- Some experience managing people and teams
- Presentation, negotiation and teamwork skills
